After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Communications, Kathlyn spent several years as a Marketing and Event Coordinator for a local wedding and golf venue, where she developed strong skills in customer service, marketing, and relationship building. In 2017, she combined her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to become a licensed REALTOR®.

Since entering the real estate industry, Kathlyn has built a reputation for providing exceptional service, guiding both buyers and sellers through every step of the process with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Her commitment to her clients, paired with her local expertise, has made her a trusted resource throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Kathlyn and her husband, both lifelong Tunkhannock residents, are raising their three young children in the community they proudly call home.
